I had a wonderful meeting this week (19.1.2023) with Ms. Francine Kabongo Mbuyi, Team Leader – Employment for Sustainable Development in Africa (E4D), GIZ, and Mr. Awadh Milasi, the Project Manager for E4D, GIZ at the E4D office, Osterbay. Our discussion was on various issues in relation to Tanzania and the EAC.
